How to top up your Main balance with one plain transfer of USDG or ETH on Robinhood Chain, how confirmation works, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Topping up adds to your Main balance, which opens everything Tacita offers: both privacy modes and every model, including Kimi K3, images and video. Your Main balance never expires, and you don't need to hold the Tacita token.
Topping up is a single plain transfer of USDG or ETH from your wallet to the Tacita treasury on Robinhood Chain. There's no sign-in, no approval and no signature, just the transfer. The amount goes to the Main balance of the wallet you sent from.
You pay only for what you use, and the pricing is the same for everyone. There are no subscriptions. If you also hold the token, charges come from your daily Bonus balance first, then from your Main balance.
What you can send#

- The minimum deposit is $1. Smaller deposits are rejected.
- USDC on Robinhood Chain is not accepted. Robinhood Chain's main stablecoin is USDG.
- Paying with the Tacita token at a discount, with the tokens you pay burned, is coming.
The treasury address#

Always check this address against the one on the app's Credits page before you send. Never send to an address you got from a direct message, a reply or a screenshot.
Step by step#
- Send at least $1 of USDG or ETH on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) to the treasury, from the wallet you want credited.
- For USDG, use a normal token transfer. This works from regular and smart-contract wallets.
- For ETH, send it directly from a regular wallet, not through a contract or a smart wallet.
- The app submits the transaction for you. If you top up from the Credits page, the app picks up the transaction automatically. If you sent it some other way, paste the transaction hash on the Credits page.
- Wait for confirmations. A deposit is credited after 30 confirmations, which takes about 3 seconds on Robinhood Chain. While it confirms, the app shows which wallet will be credited.
- Done. The amount is on the Main balance of the wallet that sent the transfer.
To use your Main balance for chat, images or video, sign in with that same wallet. Signing in is a free message with no gas that proves the wallet is yours. See Quickstart.
Each transaction is credited once, ever. Submitting it again returns the same result and never a second credit.
The rules, precisely#
- The sending wallet's Main balance is credited.
- For USDG, the deposit is read from the token's transfer to the treasury, and the sender of that transfer is credited. Deposits from smart-contract wallets therefore work.
- For ETH, only a plain transfer counts: a transaction sent from your wallet straight to the treasury. ETH sent through a smart wallet's internal call, a swap, a bridge or an exchange withdrawal isn't detected. Send ETH from a regular wallet.
- A transaction in which more than one sender pays the treasury is rejected, because the sender would be ambiguous.
- At least $1, and no older than 7 days. Deposits under $1 are rejected, and so are transactions older than 7 days when submitted. Transactions made before Tacita's deposits opened aren't credited either.
- ETH is priced at verification time, using Chainlink's ETH/USD feed on Robinhood Chain. If that price is more than about 25 hours old, ETH deposits pause until a fresh price arrives. The app then shows ETH as unavailable.
- Your Main balance is prepaid usage. It never expires. It can't currently be withdrawn, transferred to another wallet or converted back to crypto. Top up what you expect to use.
Deposit status#

Why a deposit can be rejected:

| Under $1 | The deposit is below the $1 minimum. |
| Not a deposit | No transfer of USDG or ETH to the treasury was found in the transaction. Check the recipient, the asset and the network. |
| Transaction failed | The transaction reverted on-chain. Nothing was transferred, apart from gas. |
| Too old | The transaction is more than 7 days old. |
| Before deposits opened | The transaction was mined before Tacita's deposits opened. |
| More than one sender | Several senders paid the treasury in one transaction. |
| Unknown hash | The network didn't know the hash for 30 minutes. |
A rejected deposit's funds stay with the treasury.
Temporary stops don't use up your transaction. If deposits are paused, if the ETH price is unavailable, or if USDG trades below $0.98, the app says so. Submit the same transaction later.
Can't be credited automatically:
- ETH sent through a contract, a smart wallet or an exchange withdrawal;
- the wrong token, such as USDC or WETH;
- a transfer that never reached the treasury on Robinhood Chain.
