Not financial advice, the limits of AI output, acceptable use and moderation, third-party availability, privacy limits and the risks of crypto.

Please read this page before you use Tacita or buy the Tacita token.

Not financial advice#

Nothing on Tacita's website, in these docs, in the app or on our social accounts is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. That includes AI answers about markets, tokens or tokenized assets. Do your own research, and talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

AI output can be wrong#

AI models make mistakes. They can state false things confidently, invent sources, write insecure code and miss context. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially for health, legal, financial and safety matters. Tacita doesn't review or endorse what models say, and models marked "Uncensored" are tuned to refuse less, not to be more accurate.

Acceptable use#

You're responsible for what you ask for and what you do with the results. Don't use Tacita to:

  • create, request or share sexual content involving minors;
  • create sexual or intimate imagery of real, identifiable people without their consent;
  • break the law where you are, or help others break it;
  • harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate people;
  • attack systems, write malware or get around other services' security.

Moderation. Image and video prompts are checked before generation, by a blocklist and then a classifier model. Clearly illegal requests are refused, and nothing about them is stored. If the classifier is unavailable, image and video generation pauses rather than running unchecked. Chat isn't moderated this way. In TEE mode we can't read your conversations at all, so these rules depend on you.

AI labels. Generated images keep their AI-provenance labels and content credentials (C2PA). Don't remove them to pass off generated media as real.

Third parties#

Tacita's models run on infrastructure operated by third parties. Anonymous-mode models run with model providers. TEE-mode models run in confidential-compute enclaves operated by Phala and NEAR AI. Tacita also relies on Cloudflare for hosting, and on Robinhood Chain and its RPC for on-chain data.

Any of them can be slow, go down or change their terms. Models can disappear from the catalogue, attestation can stop verifying, and some models are in beta with limited availability. We describe each mode as it works today and update these docs when that changes. Third parties handle data under their own policies. See Privacy modes.

Privacy has limits#

We describe precisely what each mode protects, and we document the gaps in Known limitations. No system protects against a compromised device, a careless prompt that names you, or flaws in hardware that nobody knows about yet. Anonymous mode doesn't hide your content from the model provider.

Credits#

Your Bonus balance has no cash value. It can't be transferred, and unused Bonus expires daily. The amounts can be scaled down by the fuse, and tier thresholds can change. Your Main balance is prepaid usage: it never expires, but it can't currently be withdrawn, transferred or converted back to crypto. Prices can change as models change.

Crypto risks#

  • Price risk. The Tacita token's price can move sharply and can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose.
  • No promises. The token gives no ownership, no revenue share, no yield and no promised returns. See What the token is not.
  • Smart-contract risk. Contracts can have bugs. That includes the Pons launchpad and pool contracts the token trades on, which are outside our control. As of October 2026, Pons's own documentation says to treat its v2 contracts as unaudited.
  • Your keys, your responsibility. If you lose your wallet's keys or sign a malicious transaction, nobody can reverse it. Tacita never asks for your seed phrase or private key.
  • Mistakes are final. Transactions sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network or with the wrong token usually can't be recovered.
  • Rules differ by country. The legal and tax treatment of tokens varies, and it's your responsibility to follow the rules where you live.

No warranty#

Tacita is provided as is, without guarantees of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Features marked "coming" or "under consideration" may change or never ship.
